Parner (Marathi: पारनेर), is an historic city in Ahmednagar District, Maharashtra, India. 'Parner' was named after Rishi Parashar, whose son Maharishi Ved Vyas wrote famous epic "Mahabharat". Parner is at height about 600–900 meters from sea Level. Parner Taluka is place in which you can find from almost everybody well educated, some of the villages are famous for military, Teacher services as one person from each home in military or as teacher.Most popularly, this place is called as place of Teacher for above reason.
